Perform the assembly of both piping skids and skidded vessel packages Job Duties:

• Assemble skidded units while working off of assembly and P&ID drawings
• Assemble both welded and threaded spool piping on skids
• Follow torque and thread engagement specs
• Measure, cut and thread pipe to hit required overall dimensions
• Maintain clean and safe work space
• Complete necessary documentation required for each completed assembly

Required Skills

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the HR function for our manufacturing operation, supporting a workforce of approximately 200 employees across the office and manufacturing plant. This role will drive HR strategy with a focus on compliance, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and payroll management. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle select office management duties. The ideal candidate is a professional, approachable, and organized communicator who can partner effectively with leadership, supervisors, and a diverse production workforce.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEO).
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and databases.
• Administer Form I-9 verification; maintain compliant documentation.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work programs.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles; coordinate new-employee recruitment.

Qualifications

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities with Minimal Assistance:
• Under supervision, assist in the planned daily activities.
