Trident Process Systems, a fabrication company that specializes in the engineering, design, and fabrication of ASME Code process equipment for the energy industry, now has immediate positions available for ASME Code and pipe welders. 2+ years experience ASME Vessel Weld preferred. In person weld test must be completed and passed prior to hire. Must be able to pass periodic welding tests and qualifications in compliance with qualification procedures.
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Must be able to run all structural code welds
- Know how to use and read welding measuring devices to include but not limited to squares, levels and tape measures
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Understand how to perform visual and in-process inspections in accordance with ASME and ISO quality specifications
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to wear all required PPE
- Subject to climbing/squatting/bending/kneeling
- Heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time

Inspects parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies to drawings and prints. Assures that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. Completes, inspects and distributes all quality records and documents. Verifies test as required on all components and completed assemblies. 2 + years of related experience preferred.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints for the purpose of performing in-process, final inspection, and testing of ASME Code vessels and various fabricated equipment
- An understanding of Measuring and Testing Equipment /Software
- Follow shop flow to meet scheduled sequence inspection/testing operations
- Documentation for Receiving, In-process and Final Inspections
- Perform essential duties following the Quality Management System
- Report and document potential problems relating to the quality of product and/or the QMS
- Perform work in a professional and safe manner
- Follow product through the entire fabrication process
- Perform weld inspections per specified code
- Perform internal coating and external paint inspections
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dimensional testing and manufacturing
- Dedicated to learn new processes and train colleagues
- Able to adapt to high pressure environment
- Basic understanding of ASME Section VIII Division 1 Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code
- Basic knowledge of welding and welding procedures.

Job Summary
Receives inbound material from outside suppliers and field locations. Stocks received material, as well as, completed products and assemblies from in-house production. Picks materials, components and end products and delivers them to Production or shipping. Prepares component kits for production, fills orders and supplier subcontract parts. May assist in packing, shipping and receiving. Junior level positions perform repetitive tasks following established company procedures, work under direct supervision, with decisions reviewed/made with senior personnel. Need to have familiarity with common weldable parts such as flanges, pipe, fittings, etc.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
· Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction form the Warehouse Manager
· Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of plant construction and maintenance activities
· Maintains inventories, completes records, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities
· Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment
· Performs other duties and activities as directed.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
· Familiarity w/common weldable components – flanges, fittings, pipe, etc.
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
· Possess basic written communication skills
· Ability to apply concepts of basic math
· Basic PC skills
· The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job
· The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
· The employee must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight
